Welcome to Sinna Studios, your home for Pilates and Barre. We are here, so that you would get more strength and energy for the things that matter you the most.

At Sinna Studios, we believe that movement should feel good and fun, without forgetting that burn in the muscles. Our classes are designed to inspire and challenge, with creative approaches that keep your workouts fresh and exciting.

You are welcome at Sinna Studios, exactly as you are. Our space is for every body, every level, and every journey. Join us and discover how empowering movement can be. We are more than just a studio—we are a community built on well-being, connection, and joy.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Anni has always enjoyed moving her body, but over time she discovered Pilates and it became a true passion. Later on, she decided to add Barre to her instructing repertoire and she can also instruct pre- and postnatal clients. During a particularly challenging period in her life, she found that many forms of exercise no longer felt good or right for her. Pilates, however, quickly became a source strength. It helped her feel better, both physically and mentally, and provided the needed energy. Now, she wants to share that same love for Pilates with others at Sinna Studios.

Below you can find few facts about Anni:

• Some previous hobbies: 13 years of horseback riding and 14 years of gymnastics and cheerleading.

General

  • At Sinna Studios, we value respect, kindness, and inclusivity. Please arrive on time, follow the instructors’ guidance, and keep the space clean.

    Treat others with care - we have a zero tolerance for bullying and harassment. Listen to your body and inform the instructor of any injuries or limitations.

  • Yes! We have lockers where you can store your valuables during class. There are also hangers available for you to hang your clothes.

    Please note that you are always responsible for your belongings while at our studio.

  • Please check our class schedule on the 'Schedule' page, as the opening times vary on different days.

  • Unfortunately, we do not. However, we provide some refreshments at the studio, such as deodorant and dry shampoo, for your convenience.

  • Clients aged 15–17 are welcome to train at our studio with parental consent and under the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

    Clients under 15 years old may participate in classes only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    All minors train at the studio at their own risk and under the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

Classes

  • All our classes are held in English. However, feel free to contact us if you have any questions, either in Finnish or English.

  • If you’re unsure which class to book, please check the class descriptions on the 'Classes' page.

    You can book a class directly on the 'Schedule' page or via the Mindbody app on your smartphone.

    When coming to the studio, just bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. We’ll provide everything else for you!

  • You only need comfortable clothes for movement and exercise, and your water bottle! In case you forget your bottle, we have glasses available, so basically, you only need to bring yourself!

  • Please arrive on time for your class.

    As the studio is located right by the entrance, late arrivals can be disruptive once the class has started. Please note that the studio door will lock at the class start time, and late entry is not possible after that. We do not offer refunds in these cases.

    Arriving on time ensures the best experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Please consult your physician to determine whether joining a class is safe for you. Remember, you exercise at your own risk at Sinna Studios.

    If you decide to attend a class, please inform the instructor about any injuries so they can offer modifications and support if and when needed.

Booking and cancellation

  • You can book a spot for yourself directly through our website (schedule) or via the Mindbody app on your smartphone.

  • If the class you’re looking to book is already fully booked, you have the option to join a waitlist. If someone cancels their booking, you will be notified by email.

    Please note that if you get into a class from the waitlist, the same cancellation policy will apply.

  • You can cancel your booking directly from the Mindbody application.

    Cancellation is possible 12 hours prior the starting time of the class without losing the credit. In case you cancel your participation to the booked class, the credit will be returned to your Mindbody account.

    If you cancel your participation in less than 12 hours prior the starting time, the class will be charged fully from your account.

  • If you cancel your participation in less than 12 hours prior the starting time, the class will be charged fully from your account.

    Please understand, that late cancellations are quite common, and we’re not able to offer you a refund.

  • If you forget to cancel your participation and miss your class, the class will be charged fully from your account.

Payment

  • Yes! We currently accept Epassi, Edenred and Smartum!

    If you wish to purchase a package with sport vouchers, you can do so easily at the studio or remotely. To proceed with a remote payment, please contact us first on WhatsApp at +358 4578346344, and we’ll provide you with instructions.

  • You can pay with your card directly on the Mindbody app or through our webpage’s booking system. Alternatively, you can pay with a card at the studio. We don’t accept cash payments.

    We also accept sport benefits from Epassi, Edenred and Smartum.

    For companies, we also offer invoicing. A 5€ billing fee will be added to the total.

  • Intro Offer 3x class 30€ is available for new customers until further notice.
