Pilates

  • Pilates Essence is an open-level class for all our Pilates people out there!

    This class builds strength, tone, and mobility with tailored sequences. Modifications are provided, but burn is guaranteed. Leave feeling stronger and aligned!

    This pilates class is suitable throughout all trimesters of pregnancy. Please let the instructor know before the class begins, so they can offer any modifications to support you and help you feel your best.

  • Level up your exercise with our Pilates Spice Up!

    This dynamic class boosts strength and power with more challenging sequences. Feel empowered and energized, and prepare to sweat!

    This pilates class is suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy.
    From the second trimester onward, we recommend attending the Essence-level class for a more supportive experience.

  • Modern Pilates class with focus on core and booty. Suitable for all levels, variations are given throughout the class. Be prepared to feel the burn!

Barre

    Blending ballet-inspired moves in sequences to tone muscles, improve posture, and boost flexibility. Modifications are provided, but burn is guaranteed. Leave the class feeling strong and revitalized!

    This dynamic class combines ballet-inspired moves with strength and power for a full-body workout. Be prepared to feel the burn and leave feeling powerful and amazing (+ sweaty)!
